Hi All,
NYAS are now involved in my matter and they have appointed a guardian to undertake a welfare report after being in court since December 2016. Yes a long time, but the children's voice never gets heard as the courts in my opinion are favourable to the mother and just go with whatever she says.
Has anyone got any experiences with NYAS or a guardian?
I hope this time, my third go at the process the kids get a proper family life. My current angle is Article 8 the children do not have a proper family life neither do I. The court is currently giving me contact in a contact centre since 2016 due to allegations proven untrue, I am still in the same position of nearly 4 years.
I have read some cases of arguing article 8, what is the experience of this in front of Judges?
hi,
can you please give us a bit of background about your case, what issues are and why a guardian was appointed?
