Hello Everyone
Final statement has now been delivered to the courts and a copy given to the ex. We now wait 2 weeks for ex to reply. Then final hearing on the 20th April.
My sons statement concentrated solely on his son and the benefits the changes to the current arrangement order would make on him. There are 5 specific issues, including shared residency, which he doesn't expect to get, from what I can gather the courts don't favour it, even so got to try.
The final hearing is set for 3 hours. I don't know if the courts will simple read both statements and make the decisions, or if there will be more questions /answers on the day. Cafcass have concluded no safeguarding so they will not be present at the final hearing. Neither party are represented.
I will let you know outcome, in the hope that it will help someone else.
