Sorry to hear that.  There are some good advice guides for representing yourself in court at www.advicenow.org  Write some notes about what you want to say and keep calm.  Even if an order is made it does not mean that you are unable to see the children.  The order can be worded that there is no contact except for the purpose of making arrangements for child contact.  You might ask for this.  You might also suggest undertakings if it looks like not going your way.  That means that if you do breach the order - or she claims you have, you won't be arrested.

I was thinking that if you get an order that says you mustn't contact her then its not going to be possible to arrange child contact.  If she's stopping you seeing the children then when your C100 hearing happens and hopefully you are allowed to see the children, the non mol will need amending.  The usual phrase is no contact, direct or indirect save for the purpose of arranging child contact.  It may be that you have to arrange contact through another family member.  Its a point to bear in mind when the order is drafted.

@champagne states in the order no contact to done by 3party member again just another way of trying to stop contact woman is ruthless but no grounds behind her evidence and few things she said I had done I was at working which I have evidence I was..she’s basically rammed 3/4 things into one day the day before she left..when only 1 of the so called incidents occurred not the 3 others.
