My son got the undertaking that he wanted ,, she had nothing to back up her allegations , where my son had witness statement & text convo between them . the c100 they know that we have it ready to send in just got to print off another 2 copies .

Any info would be great on the CAO as my son wont have a solicitor for this , I know he has to send 4 copies off & a date for court can take between 4-6 weeks
