[Solved] Non mol- my defence statement

Hi, for non mol hearing- should I prepare a written statement with my defence? can I read it at hearing?

It would probably be helpful if you wrote a brief statement to take into court with you and you should be able to either read it out or give a copy to the judge. Keep it brief, just a couple of pages and try not to bad mouth your ex.
