So today no later than 4pm was date set by the judge for me to receive my exs evidence now nearly 3hrs late not received a thing if I'm correct the court order has been broken has anyone had any dealings with this at all or any advice on what I should do about it Ive no solicitor but she has so unsure of what to do next TIA CC
Still no paperwork anyone got any ideas what happens I've emailed the courts to let them know Tia
That's pretty much all you can do....let the courts no it's not arrived as ordered. If she has legal representation then it's unfortunately almost typical for them to serve late....chase them up for a reason as to why they've not done as ordered.
If she's not then you've done all you can for now.
