Hi Guys,
I was on this forum about six months ago, asking that CAFCASS recommended I do a private, dapp type of course, but unfortunately they are all fully booked. It's been a year now still no luck. I've just about tried everything. What's the point of all this ******, anyway I have been offered a bus driving job, near the vicinity of my son. I tried to do the right thing through the courts. But what waste of time and money, the whole thing is corrupt. No places for courses, even if you pay privately. So sod them, no one can stop me from getting a job in the area where my son lives, as long as I do not stay near him. Any thoughts chaps?
hi,
are there any DAPP courses available that are little further away from you, maybe in another town/city? hopefully situation should improve going forward. I hope you don't give up. if there is nothing banning you from working, being in vicinity of ex and child, I don't think it will be an issue.
I mean I've tried to do everything the right way. But the system just penalise you, for no reason. Its all corrupt
If you are working and carrying out your normal duties then its hard to see how you can be accused of stalking. Just be careful not to go near their house when you are travelling to and from work. Its a shame about the lack of courses but can you put yourself on a waiting list?
