Hi everyone
I've been really struggling with this issue for nearly 3 years.
Me and my Ex split up nearly 5 years ago, we had a mutual arrangement to both take care of our son, that worked, for a year or so. She then got married one day without notice, pulled our son out of school and moved away. From that point onwards I haven't had any contact with him, I've been trying for years to find a way to get in contact with her and see my Son but I believe at this point there is no mutual understanding between us. During this period she applied for CMA and I've been paying for over 2years.
I've visited a number of lawyers to try and advise me but due to not knowing her address I'm unable to get a lawyer to write to her or serve her with a court order.
Any advise on this matter would be helpful.
Thanks!
Did the solicitors not suggest applying for a seek and find order? Here's some info

All th best
Hey
Thank you thats actually very helpful, a few of the solicitors I spoke with had suggested using a court order or something to obtain the address but they warned me that this would cost £1000+
I will give it a go and see what happens.
If you do it without a solicitor it will cost a lot less, just the court application fee. If that's the route you decide to take, we'll do what we can to advise and support you.
All the best
