Hi there,
I've just joined the forum and looking to engage with other Fathers with ADHD.
I was recently diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-40's and looking for advice from others in a similar situation as it is something that is causing a strain on my marriage.
I would like to know the opinions of others and the any recommended support groups
