Hi , I am new to the forum , just thought I would post a "Hi I'm here" message. I'm from Shropshire, i'm in my mid thirties and this is my first child.
The reason I have joined is , I am a new dad facing a few challenges, my Wife has Post Natal depression and were really struggling through it .... I'm just hoping to find a bit of solace in other peoples stories and am hopeful that some of the things I have been dealing with over the past yr are "normal" ...
Looking forward to having a read through some old forum posts and seeing if there is any advice , help and support I can get from here.
Hi and welcome
Sorry to hear that you're going through this, it can't be easy on any of you. Whatever you want to ask feel free, sure there will be lots of replies on this subject.
In the meantime, have a look at his website, it offers help and support for sufferers of PND and their families.
Good luck
