Hi

Sorry, only just seen this. What happened last night? I know it's to late to do anything for yesterday, but you can plan for next time.

When you say you have letters on joint custody, are these just informal letters or are they a court order?

When you ask if you should send them back, do you mean at the allotted time, or are you considering keeping them on a full time basis and going for full residency?

hi

That's actually quite good, it means that your ex doesn't have a residency order, which means you could go for residency. What are circumstances that the children are in with your ex - are there any concerns for their wellbeing etc - you have to consider what is going to be put before a court.

I'll move this whole thread to the legal section in a day or so, as I think we will be calling on the opinion of the CCLC once we have some more information.
