I separated with my two kids Mum for over five years now and since than she has not been allowing me to see my kids. The last time I see than was a year ago and this is eating me up a lot. every effort I made to see them we end up in an argument and its making the situation more difficult for me.
Any help? Please advice me what to do. they both leave in London with their mum and I am in Manchester.

Hi and welcome, sorry to hear you haven't been seeing your children.

The first step would be trying to reach agreement with the mother or Mediation as that is mandatory before applying to court. If you go to Mediation or court it would have to be in London and you would probably start with supervised contact as there's been a gap. Have a look at the Legal Eagle section, there's lots of stickys that you might find helpful as well as other members posts.
