Hi there welcome to the site,

Sorry to hear about your situation.

You can apply for a contact order through the family courts, all the info you need is at the top of the legal section on this forum, there is a guide on how to apply for and then represent yourself through the court order process, there are a few of us on here that have represented ourselves so we can talk you through the court process if and when you get there.

Is there no way you can use mediation to resolve the conflict?

And are you able to expand on the legal reasons for not paying csa?

thanx for the advice, i'll follow that up and the legal matter mentioned is an immigration issue, so am not allowed to work at the moment.

Ok well that means that as you aren't working you aren't liable to pay.

either way if even if you were contact shouldn't be stopped because csa isn't paid.

I would contact the CSA and get them to handle your case, they will talk to you both and give details of what they want to be paid if any thing.
