hi chaps, as some of you no ive been i n court well over 1 year now, fighting for my baby who is 2.5 years old and ive been messed about like [censored] from the ex, everthing and anything ive had to go past and it tells on you, ive had about 7 court dates, and been in contact centers both supervised and suported, by cafcass, and now im out on own, court date final time very very soon, theres been no finding of facts, . what dose that mean? cafcass i think it ruled by the mother, taking sides, and wants contact still every 2 weeks, ex want no contact at all, even tho im having it, any advice all welcome, thanku all:(
Hi there
No finding of facts just means that the court don't think there are any major issues about your case that need looking at further.
As you have moved out of the CC I would think it's a matter of deciding on a schedule, they won't go backwards, contact has been ongoing and the final order should reflect that.
Bear in mind that courts will often go with CAFCASS recommendations, and many orders are along the lines of weekends every fortnight and a weekly midweek visit.
