So today I had a call from the MOD.. my war pension was suspended.. I rang them and asked why??? The staff member said that on 3 February, Mrs Devo had rung In,and said I was in prison since June 2019... I explained it was my ex making a malicious call, and this clearly isn't true.. After much toing and frowning, my pension was put back into my account. I rang the police and immediately reported her for harassment. The police have taken this seriously. They said, she could be answerable for A. Harassment B. Fraud C. Malicious communication. I said do her for all 3 as I'm sick of it now... So will wait and see what they will do... If anything???
hi devo,
let police deal with that. and just put all of your focus on seeing your kids.
Do they have a recording of that conversation? I'd ask them if they are allowed to release it to you, or at the very least, a letter of explanation of what occurred.
Hi. Yes they are downloading the transcript and sending it to me, to give to the police..
You could sue in the small claims court if you've lost anything, or possibly for compensation. That might make her think more carefully.
