Hi All
I don't know if anyone could help me with this,
I contest a NMO and the last court order was that the applicant (My ex wife) to serve and file Police reports, medical reports and her schedule of allegations and statement by 03/02/2020 and I have to serve and file my response to the schedule of allegations and my 2nd statement by 22/02/2020.
but my ex's solicitor has submit these documents to the court and she failed to send me a copy despite me sending her a letter asking her to serve me the documents and comply with the court order.
my question now is:
is my ex's solicitor is obligated to serve me these documents or only to the court?
you need to contact your ex solicitor after double checking your paperwork that you are meant to have copies. if they have sent to court then they should be sending you copies. it may well be you will receive them at a later date which is common
