so my husband was paying csa about 10 years ago we kno she is his daughter but as we have found out tonight he isnt on the birth certificate but the step father is amnd they have moved to new zealand,the step father has given her a black eye and thrown her out of her house,all i need is to kno if we can back ate the csa that he paid to prove he was classed as dad and get her home,its all on the csa backdate form from 10 years ago plz help,tia
It might help to give Reunite a call, although they are usually known for helping with international abduction cases they are generally very helpful with advice where there is an international element. Here's a link to their website where you will find details of their helpline

I'm not sure what you mean by a backdate form, perhaps you can use a copy of that to show that your partner was paying maintenance as her father.
