What can I do to put my sons name to be same had mine?
Are you named on the birth certificate? If not, then you can apply to have it added which will give you Parental responsibility, which will mean she can't get the name changed without your permission or a court order. However, there is absolutely nothing you are able to do to get his name changed to yours, then best you can get is that it stays the same as it is now.
He was only born last week so not got a bith certificate has yet she said i can go on it but wants her husband's family name coz he's a boy i want him to have my family name to carry it on ? Iv always been there for my kids an don't think it's fair for her to do this i know if anything happens to her I'll have to fight him to have my kids this is the second time she has done this
If you’re named as the father on the birth certificate, you will have parental responsibility. She can call him what she likes informally, but officially she would have to use the name on the birth certificate.
