Hi there, my case is kind of complicated. Last year(April,2015) I went to my EXs hometown and we ended up getting together and a month later she informed me she was pregnant and at this time I was in a serious relationship. Nevertheless I accepted the responsibility and we kept in contact until the child was born. 2 months after the child was born, she started acting up and telling me that I was not the father. I kept on trying to reason with her and all she does is be nasty and says I am not the father. I have asked her for a DNA test and she won't even let me have it. I am so helpless at the moment and I need help because I want to be part of my sons upbringing. Please help me out
Hi and welcome to the forum
Firstly you need to attempt mediation as this is compulsory before making a court application.
If mediation fails then you can apply to the court for a DNA test and contact with your child if you are proved to be the father.
Keep posting and we will do what we can to support you.
Good luck
