Hi all. And so it continues.. I went to the police station yesterday, due to my wife making more false allegations.. Turns out she's taken videos of me, when I'm out and about in the town, unbeknownst to me.. I've got a non molestation order against me from her, just to stop me seeing my children.. I asked the police, if she's allowed to video me out shopping etc? They said yes? But surely that's infringement on my rights. She's said she sees me when she's in her car, and I'm on the pavement. I've not even seen her, but it's OK for her to see me, then video me.. She's told the police that I'm in town when she's driving by to get the children from school and I must be in town deliberately.. Lol. I was told I'm allowed to go where I want but not within 100 metres of her. But it's OK for her to drive by within a 100 metres of me, and video me.. I'm [censored] fuming.. Any advice please..

hi,

sounds like you need to take out a counter non-mol on her lol. just kidding. but there are some ex partners that have actually done this. madness. she sounds like a freak. do not let her nonsense side-track you from the court process. you need to stay sharply focused on your children, and securing rights to see them. if you happen to pass by and notice her in the area, just keep going about your business. your probably tempted to wave at your kids or say hi. better to keep your distance.

last week when i was in a coffee shop with kids, my sister was wondering if another chap in the shop was sent by ex to spy on us. haha. i try to ignore all this. dont want to get paranoid.
