... Just a heads up, it only takes one parent to apply for a passport I believe.

It might be the case that a seek and find order is cheaper than hiring a detective, if you self represent... solicitors fees will bump the costs up rapidly.

looks like this form. and usually you would have to apply together with a c100 form, child arrangements order.

Yes an application for a seek and find order is made with form C4. I gave Shearer information about it above. The C4 and C100 forms can be submitted together.
