my ex has informed the csa are going to make me pay 141 pound a week for my child. I cant afford this rate. what can I do about this.
She proberly just trying to scare you for a start you know she's lying because it's called CMS now,
You would have to have a big income to be asked to pay that all depends on income, amount of overnights,How many kids?and if any live with you.
hi Jimmy,
did you have a private arrangement to pay child support before this?
keep a look out for letters from CMS. if she did contact them, its most likely she asked them to do collection payments from you, then you have to pay extra 20% on top of each payment. CMS can not just take from you on her say so. they will ask you about income details, payslips etc.
