Hi

I have been paying maintenance for my daughter. she is 18 turning 19 in September. she was in further education, which has now finished. She is due to start Higher education in September. I understand that i can stop payments then and help my daughter directly?

is this correct?

hi,

yes once child starts advanced education (university) then child maintenance stops. if your paying through child maintenance service, then usually they would expect you to make one final payment in september.
