Hi all
My son is 19 soon to be 20 in full time education but works one day per week. He also stays with his mum.
Do I still have to pay maintenance?
hi,
far as i know as long as he is in full time education (non-advanced), you should be paying maintenance. if hes going to uni, then you definitely do not pay maintenance when he starts uni. if your able to find out about his child benefit status. if its been stopped, then really you should not be paying any more maintenance.
