[Solved] Living abroad

Hi
My ex partner is taking my daughter to live in Australia, I have no problem with that.
But do you know wether I still have to pay maintenance.
I've tried the websites of csa and so on and it only thinks it's the dad that goes to live abroad

Hi there

Australia has a reciprocal agreement with the UK ( called a REMO) and im pretty sure you will still be liable to pay. Here's a link
