I have no barrister in my case applying for a child arrangement order yet my ex has a high level one. So having to go it alone with the PSU. But I have a lot of evidence in my favor from the school that have raised countless issues regarding the safeguarding and welfare of my child. I just received a letter from the Head teacher stating that since my son has been in my care for the last month his overall manner has improved on time everyday, happy, clean and arriving to school with the required gear for that day. Which before never happened. Some days my son didn't even have a pack lunch done and was made to eat the school dinners which he wont eat.
She also added a closing statement that in her opinion my son should stay in my care on a full time bases and not to be returned to his Mum.
How much weight would that carry as the Barrister she has states is a one sided opinion, and that the school have a issue with the mother.
It's really difficult to predict how much weight a letter like this would carry, but I would argue that the school Head is impartial and only has the child's interests at heart and as a professional, wouldn't allow any personal feelings to interfere with their dealings with pupils and parents.
