Can a Cafcass Legal Guardian be appointed to three different families with the same father over a period of 10 years. Is this a conflict of interest?
I don't think it can be a conflict if the children are all siblings?
I can't see it would be a conflict but you could give the Coram Children's Legal Centre a call for free legal advice on that.
