Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could offer any help. With no other option left, I want to apply for leave to remove, should I use C2 form for existing case or is there any other form I should be using ?

Thanks.

Hi, if you have current proceedings in place, it's a C2 and this costs 135. Good luck.

No worries, I haven't been around much so don't know your case. Just a thought, when you say 'leave to remove' who has residency and wants to move? If you want to prevent your ex moving, it's a Prohibited Steps Order that you will be asking the court for.

The residency matter is still in the court, it's not decided and I want to move. I do realise this is up hill battle but I do not have any other option and it's in the best interest of the child.
