[Solved] Latest cafcass conversation

Hi,

I spoke with cafcass yesterday regarding my enforcement court case i have in motion. They were involved for usual reasons, safeguarding and more importantly their recommendations etc.

The conversation went alot better than i anticipated, she was very interested in my past offences, criminal ones and a pattern building with certain things i had done. But she did mention twice that she will recommend i take drug tests in her recommendation to court (i admitted to using cocaine in my first hearings 2 yrs ago and i have drug offences)...if she is already telling me what one of her recommendations are going to be is that a good sign??....if she was going to recommend i dont see my daughter then she probably wouldnt have mentioned any possible recommendations??..or am i just being hopeful??

I'm not sure that it could be read into either way, except that if she was going to recommend no contact, why would she bother with drug tests, so maybe it is a little hopeful.

I agree with actd... It's a difficult thing to read into, theres nothing wrong with staying hopeful, be positive but keep your expectations in check.
