Thank you for those that will help..
My relationship with my wife has broken down. We have been blessed with 3 children one over 20 and the other 2 less than 18 .
Things seem to be turning a bit messy as I have just been called by Child Maintenance
My ex-wife seems to be trying to paint a picture of me being a manipulative and frightening individual.
I am concerned that with me currently out of our shared home (in both our names) this may go against me should things end up in court.
Greatful if anyone who has been through similar issues has any advice or tips. I would find this really valuable.

How old are the younger children?
@bmmtt and are you currently seeing children? If issues with Child contact I suggest to get in touch with a family mediator. Better to use one that's registered with family mediation council (FMC)
