i need advice i want to go for joint custody of my son as his mother just uses him as a weapon and he is the one who suffers i tried years ago through courts spending a fortune which i dont have know how do i do it without all the expense

You'll need to try mediation first as this is mandatory before going to court (www.nfm.org.uk) and have a read of the stickies at the top of the legal eagle section on represting yourself in court.
