hi every one
previously i had a request for financial proceedings and i found a v helpful guide. i have completed my form e but her solicitor sent me form e approx 1 week late despite the court order.now i have to send a statment my question is there only one statment for financial relief order or as i had experience in child contact matter where on every hearing she was putting a new statment.i think they are bit tricky with that they want to play lengthy game.can they delay the process by late filing the statment.shall i submit all the exhibits in first statment or shall i wait for there statmet.i have sent an email to her solicitor that when they want to exchange the remaining documents but didnt find any answer and the final date is 5th june by court.i bee tricked by this solicitor in child contact matter .please note this is not form e this is consize statment and can any one guide me what is chronolgy and how i will deal with it.your help and time is v meaningful to me.
