Looking for some advice as regards to an indirect court order. I had a shared care agreement then had some accusations put forward all the local authorities were involved and so was Cafcass there was no evidence As it was all historic I could have challenged the Cafcass report in court . For the sake of not putting our children through the hassle of going to court and choosing which parent they want to live with I chose not to do this and went with the Cafcass report as an indirect contact .
However I attend parents evening is and also some not all of the children’s Special events At school..
The mum is throwing the court order school explaining that I am in breach of the order .
Can I be prevented from attending my children’s schools as I’m not directly in contact with them ..
Thankyou
