I live in Spain. I need to take my ex to court in the UK as she's stopped me and my mother seeing my son via visitations and video call. I can only video him through my mother's phone as she still can't be amicable. But now she uses the excuse he doesn't want to talk with me and stopped my mother seeing him so I have no contact. I need to get things done legally through the courts but it's difficult as I live in Spain. Please help
Best thing you can do is fill out a c100 and put in for a child arrangements order to see your child. You can do a c100 online i believe . Most hearings by time you hear back will be by phone/video call most likely. I would imagine you would be exempt from doing mediation as you are in Spain. It might be worth trying to see if you can get some free legal advice from a uk solicitor about where you stand applying from Spain
