[Solved] How will it take for court order to be sealed?

I was in court three weeks ago. Litigant in person and of course as soon as we left court the crafty barrister from the other side tried to insert things that were not agreed. I did not approve and wrote to the judge who responded saying she is considering it?

So now it's been a waiting game. Basically contact is agreed in London but as soon as we left court the mother said she will be in Cornwall all July so contact can happen there. And tried to sneak that in the order while it hadn't been raised in court.

I assume that as the false inclusion is for contact during July the judge may feel that she has time to consider it.

It's a tough one because although the barrister was wrong to do this, had it been raised during the hearing the likelihood is that the judge may well have agreed to it. A month in Cornwall would be seen as being something the child would benefit from.
