I have been separated from my wife for over a year I am still paying all the bills etc and we are due to go into mediation in the next two weeks
We have a four bed house with equity of around 370k. We have twin boys of 7. I am currently living at my mums some days of the week and at my new girlfriends the remaining days. She has three young children in a three bedroom house and the boys stay with me at her house every other weekend
My ex wife has told me that she has been told that the house will not be sold. In your experiences will the house be sold as I need the money from the house sale to purchase my own property for the boys to come to and see as their own
Thanks
You really need to get a divorce solicitors advice with that level of equity, you have a lot to loose if you get it wrong. You may need to compromise a little so you don't spend any gain on solicitors bills, but I think without that advice, you could lose a lot.
