Hi,
Married 8 years living together 9 - house in wife’s name, she came into money while we were married paid most of mortgage off. Approx 190,000 equity in house - value has increased by approx £40,000 since we have been together- am I due any money from all this ?
Yup , as married everything is now a matrimonial asset
