My daughter lived with me full time for more than 2 years this was due to social services wanting to remove my daughter from the care of her mother. During this time I booked and paid for a trip to Disneyland for august this year 7th-11th (next week) In march my daughters mother applied for and won shared care arrangement. The judge of our trip to Disneyland in the court order and that my daughter should go on this holiday. My daughter is currently having her Weeks contact with her mum for 7 days she is due to come home this Friday 4th at 6pm. Her mother is telling me she will not be returning her and she will not be coming to Disneyland despite it being in the court order. Can anyone advise me what emergency orders I can apply for to make sure her mother complys with the order?
Hi There,
.
You would need to apply for an emrgancy specific order.
.
I don't know the form numner, as I'm not as experienced as others, keep checking back and one of the others will hopefully reply and give you more information.
.
Do you have proof af her saying that she won't return your daughter, as that may help you when you apply to court, so if you have it in a txt or email that woukd be good.
