looking for help, regarding csa charges that i am being told i owe that i have no way of checking as i have never in 20 years been able to get any calculation from them as to how much money i had to pay, now im told its changed to cma who may also decide that i owe money on top of the £12448 arrears letter i just got.
is there anything i can do, this has turned my head upside down, one minute i dont owe the next i do , what can i do?
Hi there
It's a difficult situation, I would suggest you go and see your MP, take along any paperwork you have. I would also write to the CSA and ask them to send you a breakdown of what you owe and send the letter recorded delivery, keeping a copy of your letter.
Best of luck
Hi There,
.
I agree with Mojo, if they are saying you owe this amount then they need to supply you with a breakdown of what you owe, they can't just give you a figure and expect it to be paid without telling how and why you owe it.
.
If you can get the breakdown then you should hopefully be in a better position to get things sorted and as said your local MP could be of some help too.
