Hi I totally understand . The system is the way it is. The court have to investigate things for the welfare of all involved and the truth will (hopefully ) prevail . Just use what you have . One thing with family vs criminal court is the burden of proof is a lot less . Family the court has to believe something probably happened , criminal they have to proove beyond readable doubt . I didn’t want to send in allegations on my ex but you have to do so as they will do about you . The court can only make determinations using what is submitted. Even if your statements etc leave something out you will
Always be able to raise issues on the day . The process is long and tough on all but you have to soldier on as it hopefully means things being a [censored] of a lot easier for years to come

Devo,

You gave me a scare last night. Really glad to hear you are ok.

Keep swinging mate.

I’ve been where you were and have struggled with mental health issues. No shame in it so don’t beat yourself up.
