Great to have you with us...I can see by the fact that you have custody, that you'll have lots of experiences to share!

I don't have a great deal of experience with regards to the Court system but I can offer coping advice and how to manage ourselves.
Hi Lukesdad,
Welcome to the site - tell us some more about yourself.
Gooner
Well I'm a single 46 year old dad who has full residency of my three (nearly four) year old son.
I live in the North West of England and have had my son live with me for the last 15 months, the Courts granted me the full residency in June of this year.
I am one of the lucky ones with regards to a relatively stress-free Court experience, the whole episode only took two appearances in Court.
I am by no means an expert in fighting custody battles but I may be able to support people in how to document everything.
I am just a single dad who wants whats best for my son, I am not a McKenzie friend or anything like that.
Need to know more please get in touch.
Its good to hear some good news
My dad got full custody when i was 11 i'm now 40
I hope it goes well for you and luke.
