Hi I am new to this page and in desperate need of help and or advise. I have been alienated fro my daughter for just over 4 years now. My daughter was 2 and a half years old the last time we ever spent any time together and is now over 6 years old. I have been stuck in the court system since I last seen her. That's going to court at least 1 time per year and as much as 3 times. I feel absolutely ler down by everybody involved in this process as they will overlook my worries and issues and just go with the fairytails that he ex has reversed which year in year out leaves me feeling as low as i possibly can feel. I have always represented myself in court as I begrudge paying over the top amounts of money to any solicitors as I know I have not done anything to be in this position. My ex has all the help she needs be it legal aid or recommendations from IDAS through yet again false allegations. All I want is some help from somewhere to help me in my situation . Any help or advise will be much appreciated.

Hi mate.. I don't know what to say. I'm on the beginning of that journey now. I've not seen my children in 6 months due to my wifes lies and allegations against me. My 11 year old daughter, is now saying " I love my daddy, I know he's a dangerous man but I love him and want to see him, but mummy says no" my innocent little girl, who 6 months ago, would not even talk like that. My 5 and 7 year old, also apparently say, they don't want to see me again as they are scared of daddy. I'm going through the Courts to try and disprove my lovely wifes bullshit. I've got a pre trial hearing on 15th of January then a 3 day fact finding hearing last 3 days of January. I will fight on and keep going. Although I'm losing hope by the day, of ever seeing my babies again. All due to the lies and lies, of my trust worthy lovely wife. She's a cheat and a thief, that left me homeless. I know my children want to see me, but fear as time goes by, they will be alienated from me. A month ago I was to end my life, but the guys on here kept me going. As I say I will fight on, until the end of next month. If its decided by the judge, that I won't ever see my children again, it WILL be over for me.
