Hey guys my ex recently was exposed that her fiancé was caught doing heroin for on their front porch and that she asked my daughter if she could get her some pot. I feel that now that she knows that I know about it she is trying to turn all of this on me because my son
Found some equipment in my vehicle that was used to blowup basketball and inner tubes she assumed that I myself was using drugs and now is trying to put my children me it seems that she is winning at this for absolutely no reason what can I do please help
Hi sorry, your post is a little unclear, it certainly sounds like she is projecting her issues on to you.
If you are still having contact with your children and you have immediate safeguarding concerns, you can make an urgent application to the court to keep them with you.
If you are now not having contact you will have to initiate mediation, which if unsuccessful will allow you to put an application through the courts.
