hi guys can anyone help me with a final position statement????? im self rep, and i really dont no how to do this the right way? court ordered , position stats both parents,?? well at least im going to due one, somehow, it needs to be in court 3 days before final hearing, do i just send it to court,? and the exs solicitor,, or just court, my child is over 2 years old,, and all supervised contact, has been fab, and its been writtern about,, ie cafcass letters,,
I’ll link you to some information and templates, about how to prepare a statement. Are you sure its a position statement the court have asked for, or does it specify a different type of statement.
What date is the hearing?
You must send it to court on or before the date that they tell you to in the order, at the same time you should also send a copy to the ex’s solicitor, making sure you keep a copy for your records.
Best of luck
