My partners ex has stopped us yet again from seeing the kids. What can I do for her to stop being able to do this if she doesn't like anything we do with the kids on our weekends or something we talk to the kids about?

I would suggest mediation and if that doesn't work then take the matter to court.

Weve tried mediation and that still has not stopped her, but we can't afford court fees as we then wouldn't be able to live or get to and from work to pay £240 child mantaince a month.

You need to look at the EX160A form to see if you are entitled to an exemption or reduction in the fee.

...if you are not eligible for the exemption then try putting a little aside each payday, even if it takes you a few months to save the £215 it will be worth it.

If mediation was tried longer than 4 months ago or longer, then you will have to return to mediation to get the C100 form signed off by the mediator...regardless of whether she attends or not.
