Hello! Seeking Support for Research on Fathers' Postnatal Wellbeing

Hello, my name is Nuala. I’m currently an undergraduate Psychology student conducting research for my dissertation on an important topic: the postnatal mental wellbeing of fathers. While postnatal depression in mothers is widely studied, research shows that some fathers may also experience significant psychological distress during this period of transition to parenthood.

Below is a link to a short, anonymous survey specifically for fathers to explore their experiences. If you are a father of an infant below 12 months and could take the time to complete a short questionaire, or if you are able to share this with anyone that has become a father in the last 12 months, we'd be incredibly grateful. The survey is quick (15-20 mins), completely anonymous, and designed to fit into busy schedules, also, there are 2 x £25 Amazon vouchers up for grabs!

Thank you so much for your support! If you have any questions, feel free to ask—I’m happy to provide more details 🙂
