Hey Marty, I'm Chris, nice to meet you... So yeah I definitely know the feeling, my girlfriend is due on June 15 with our first, a girl. I just turned 20 a couple of weeks ago. Definitely the best and most exciting time of my life but yeah its pretty intimidating too... Its like ever since we found out the gender, time has just been speeding by, she is getting pretty big too and that just makes it seem like time is running out to get ready for baby too!
DOn't worry if you feel lost, it's normal for most. My kids are grown up (youngest is about to turn 20) and I still feel sometimes that I'm only a pretend father really, and that it's my dad (long dead now unfortunately) who should be dealing with stuff like this 🙂
Hi,
.
I can 100% relate to feeling all over the place, we have just come home from having our 12 week scan, this isn't my first child, but there is a big gap between and it all seems quite scary again haha.

Fantastic news GTTS! There's a way to go but hopefully it will fly by and before you know it you'll be cradling your baby in your arms! It's an indescribable feeling.
