Hi.
IM brand new on here. Thanks for letting me join. I have a 10 month old daughter that I haven't seen for 4 months. My ex has dissapeared and the police have located her but wont tell me where she is. I am trying to gain access through the legal system. Any advice would be great. I live in St Annes now with my new partner. I work in Rochdale so a fair old commute.

I wont give up!! And thanks once again for letting me join.

Welcome Timster,

Sorry to hear of the issues with contact.
I've experienced similar myself (ex relocated - I knew which town, but had no address details for almost 18 months)

Keep your chin up, and if you need any help or advice, the members of the forum are always helpful!

All the Best,

BD.

That's really horrible to hear, I hope you'll see your daughter soon. Don't give up. Good luck on that!

Hi and welcome, everyone here is really friendly. There's lots of info to be found in the stickys at the top of the Legal Eagle section and if you have any questions just ask and someone will try to help I'm sure 🙂

Hi There,

Welcome along.

First advice is that if you do find out where she is don't go and visit, the lickely hood is she will report you for harrasment and that will set you back and give you no end of trouble further down the line.

Welcome alone anyway and feel free to join in and ask any advice you need.

GTTS
