So today i got told to do therapy in order to see my child and a family assistsnce order the judge basically said do this because if i dont i will just get indirect contact and she said if you do all this it will help my case more and if it did go to final hearing that its not to mum and id have a better chance but from what ive heard family assistant orders can be helpful so not back at court now till feb the 5th more time off work but id give up work 24/7 for my child so hooefully i will get to see child was told by judge that my indirect contact was brilliant
if the judge has told you that then trust me...do it
it will be worth millions if they see you have done as the judge has said and good luck π
Completely agree, as hard as it might be, just do whatever is asked of you and it might just make a difference. There's nothing to be ashamed of by attending therapy and you may benefit from it on a more personal level, even if it's more about helping you cope with the situation you're in.
All the best
ive done cbt therapy and its been amazing π
