So today i was told final hearing is not going ahead until i have seen a psychologist ...cafcass have turned my world upside down ruined mine and my childs relationship ten years of going to court .two hours supervised when my child was two then ex stopped contact then i give in for three years and then bk to court to try again granted loads of contact for two n half years then stopped back end of 2016 when will this come to an end as i sit here thinking about all the time me a d child have missed out on im starting to think should i just stop having all my evidence having a lawyer doesnt seem to do anything cafcass dont want me to see child and have it in for me feel like even if i see or do what ever cafcass want me to do its just not good enough controlled 100% by cafcass
I'm sorry to hear this, what has your solicitor said about this development? I think all you can do is whatever is asked of you and hopefully show that there is no issue.
